Hello,

I've noticed that when I add a vendor, DNN automatically emails them to tell them they've been registered on the site. Is it possible to just disable that email? I don't think vendors normally would care, and I figure the email will likely confuse them anyway.

Thanks,

Mike

Hello,

Just as a follow-up, I submitted a ticket to gemini...

It turns out that the vendor email is just hard coded into the vendor page - so there's definitely no option to not send it... It definitely seems weird to me that you'd ever even want such an email though...

Does anybody know why that's there at all? Under what circumstances would you want your vendors to receive a "you were added to our system" email? It seemed strange to me, but I thought there must be some reason.

Thanks,

Mike
