Hello all,

I searched for topics on this issue but could not find any, forgive me if it has been posted before.

When I select Admin>Users Accounts I can see the first page fine, but as soon as I select page 2 or 3 the list is blank. If I chose to browse by letter then I can see the accounts fine. However when clicking the on All option it also shows blank.

I am running 6.1.5

Any ideas on what could be causing it?

Have you setup all two (2) connection strings in the web.config file?

Have you done an upgrade before?  If yes:  From what version and what package are you using for the upgrade?

Did you login as admin or superadmin (host) user?

Hello Matthias,

Thank you for your reply. I would assume that the connection strings in the web.config file are fine as I am hosted by PowerDNN and they are the only ones who touch those settings.

I started with 6.0 and have upgraded several times to be on the final version. All upgrades have been done by PowerDNN staff.

The issue occurs when logged in as Host as well.

Could it be that you have used the install package instead of the upgrade package?  The different is that the upgrade package didn't have the web.config file included.

If the install package is used and you did not transfer the Maschine Key from the old web.config file to the new, and make sure you hafe correct setting the connection strings, objectQualifier and databaseOwner all tables are created a 2nd time.  Password would then not encrypted correctly.

I would assume that there is an issue in the underlying stored procedure, are you using DNN with an objectQualifier, preceeding the name of the database objects?
