I recently upgraded a DNN site from version 3.2 to 3.3 and now the PARENT LIST within the HOST > LISTS tool is not available.

On my other server, which is still running DNN 3.2 , I can get a list of available lists within the PARENT LIST combo box.... but on the two sites that I upgraded to DNN 3.3 , the PARENT LIST box is disabled.

Any thoughts?

Phil

Have the same trouble with a fresh install of 4.3.1, the upgrade script shows errors in (sqldataprovider log) with sql server 2005 express. On Sql Server 2000 the upgrade script works with no errors, although the parent list dropdown isnt accessible with both installations. Please let me know, if you have a solution to the problem.

Thx, Sigi

I have a similar problem with a fresh install of DNN 4.0.3 using SQL Server 2005 Express. The Host > List option gives this error:

Error: Lists is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: The stored procedure 'dbo.GetList' doesn't exist. --->

Everything else seems to be working fine. I'm still not sure which module this is related to, so I haven't been able to check the module....

Hi

I have also had dificulties trying to create child lists.

And after many hours I have found a solution:

Have a look at:

Hope this helps (and saves your sanity lol)
