Hi quick question.

In the site log history what happens when you set this value to -1 as opposed to 0?

Many thanks!

Alex

I'd like to know too; I posed this question to the forum a few months ago and never got a response.

If it is a ngative number it will not get purged, but it will still allow logging.

If it is zero there will not be any logging, and it will not be purged.

Great, thanks John!

Do you know whether or not a positive number can safely be changed to a negative one?  I've got some set at long time intervals because I didn't ever want them purged; I'd like to know I can change them to -1 without any deleterious effects.

Deleterious, had to look that one up, thanks for the new word.

From looking at the code, it will just stop purging if you change it to a negative number.

Make a backup to make sure you come out unscathed.
