Creating a pure CSS layout skin can be slightly complicated in DNN as the layout tends to become more easily corrupted than a standard website using pure CSS.

From this forum post, there was a request to have a free area where the community can share code, tips, articles all for css etc. The site is currently being put together, you can see it here: http://css.dnncreative.com

I'm also going to be releasing a free pure CSS skin shortly which you can view here: http://skins.dnncreative.com/TheSkinDetails/tabid/64/Default.aspx

This skin uses the House of Nuke menu as the solpart menu is not compatible with pure CSS skins.

I just need to provide some documentation with it as it is not compatible if you have other table based skins on your portal.

I'm currently putting together some tutorials for the next release of the magazine and the css skin will probably be included in the next issue (approx March 1st)

Hope this gives you some starting points if you want to further investigate tableless designs.

Great you were able to work with it.  I used it on this new site - http://www.zinc.com.au/agency.aspx

The only thing I never liked about it was other browsers apart from IE rarely look as good. Never mind, it does serve the purpose I suppose and it's great you were able to achieve the results you were looking for in the end.
