I tried with with A1 and Aaaa as replacement for YourCompany for the Module_VB.zip.

Steps

1: Extract files to a folder
2. Remove readonly
3. Golbal replace (57) instances
4. Save
5. Zip it  back up
6. Copy back
7. Open vs
8. Add new module
9. Get following  error

 All the files were not duplicated. The ModuleName folder in App_code was never created.

Anyone suggestions?
