Can anyone tell me why notification on this forum seems to have never worked?
Is this something anyone has checked into?

I have checked my gmail spam - there is nothing there from the board.

Thank you

Please see the thread here, http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/Forums/tabid/795/forumid/118/threadid/326568/scope/posts/Default.aspx

This should be a huge priority right now for the team to get right. I don't remember the last time I got a notification from this forum and it's a shame because I think more people would help out answering questions if they didn't need to troll back over here every so often to check whether they got a reply. I'm sure the majority of new users don't even realize it's broken and don't come back at all because they figure that no one is responding to them.

I am amazed that this is the case... I am considering rolling this as the solution for my enterprise but if the core team cannot address an issue that keeps the product supported by the user base I am not confident in their other abilities either. If you want users to support the product you have to be able to alert them of the cases they are helping on.

I have posted to the thread - I am unsure why we need to invent the wheel all over again to fix this one item.  I think a better use of the time would be to keep the product supportable by those giving their time.. this has been broken for a very long time.
