We are receiving a large amount of general exception errors recently and we're wondering what we can do about them. I've read a few posts here from the past few months and some appear to be similar but not quite the same. The errors we receive appear to come in threes:

We've also recently starting receiving some other errors as well:

We have been playing with a new module recently (Smart-Thinker Events) and I'm not sure if this has any impact. We've not used it to any great extent so it's easily removed for now if needed.

Another error we're receiving is a Host ve removed the module by using the Hosts menu but it still appears to be located somewhere within DNN. Any suggestions for either error is appreciated.

Anyone have any ideas as to why I'm getting these errors? I assume it has something to do with my scheduled tasks (the indexer runs every 30 minutes) but I'm not sure how to rectify them.

Thanx

The short version is that you have a module installed that does not have a valid 'SupportedFeatures' value (most likely '-1'). You can either edit this entry through the Host\Modules table or directly through the database 'DesktopModules' table. For a better understanding, here is a good post.

Thanx for that. You're right on the money there. I've seen this before but with so much on at the moment it clearly went out of my head.

Thanx for the pointer though...managed to get it sorted.
