If this is posting twice, it's because the one before this did not post.

Ok for 2b then, basically, if I gave someone else a compiled version of the application, then I would have to include the license agreement....

Explanation for moderation delay : though there are a number of moderators, who freqquently scan the moderation queu, due to technical reasons, it takes a couple of hours, until posts to moderate show up to the moderators. You usually will get unmoderated after a significant number of posts.

regardking 2b) AFAIK yes.
