Hi,

I'm new to the dotnetnuke sw (was playing with the MS Portal Starter Kit).

I am looking for an easy way to display a Member Directory\Listing to all registered users.  Similar to the list the Admin can see, but I haven't seen a separate module for that.

I was wondering if there was a way to use the Contacts Module so that it used the Registered Users database info.  Also to selectively show the User info, i.e. Show Name \ Address \ City \ State.  Then have an option (radio button) to view other contact info and the columns would change to Name \ Phone \ Email \ etc.

Thanks for any help.

Currently, the short answer is no. 

However, we are reviewing options for the next version of the Contacts module.  In its current form it is quite basic, and we are probably going to add quite a few new features in the next few months.

Your idea has already been identified as one possible feature to incorporate.

You can use free moudle like 'SqlGridSelectedView' to qurey profile table instead, but take time.
