If you want to build a more complex form, you can always use the Form & List module. As I recall, you can also configure this to store form inputs in a data table as well as email the results to an administrator.

If you save the form inputs in a F&L data table, you can use the Reports module to summarize results as you like them. If, for example, you want the feedback results to be seen only by administrators, put the Reports module on a page that is visible only to Administrators.

This also saves the data even if email fails.

If you need full control about the design of the input form in a user friendly way, you might want to have a look at some of the commercial forms nodules on Snowcovered.com

I am using Form and List module in the end of the contact form and it is working just fine.

The only thing I need to fix is the following:
I have a field called comments which is of type Rich Text (html) and I have enabled the option "NormalizeFlag (Help Placeholder)".

I have set all the other fields on the contact form to have width of 350px and I cannot find an option to set the width for this field (Rich Text) to the same width.

When I inspect this field on Firebug, I can see the following code:

Comments:
*

which when I edit the textarea section from above to

then I can the field having the same width as the other fields of the form.

My issue is that I cannot find this file that I need to make this change. Any ideas?

Thanks
Paris
