These are actual DNN modules I am trying to update (Media/FAQ and so on) They are currently highlighted to update, but anytime I attempt an update I receive the error message listed. Never had an issue like this in the past.

Regarding deleting of Portal, is there a manual way to do this? I should be able to delete unwanted portals, but since upgrading to 5.6.7 I am no longer able to do so.

Thanks

Hi,

If you try to upgrade the Media module using the version 4.2.0, this is normal! The download page specify (at bottom) in the system requirements than you have to use DNN 6.0.0 or above!

On the other hand, the FAQ module should works because DNN 5.6.1 is required.

You can try to deleted a portal directly in the Portals table, but this is NOT recommanded! You should backup your db and make a try.

Here is the problem I am having.

Unable to update FAQ from 4.4.0 to 4.5.0

Feedback from 5.1.0 to 6.0.0

Media from 4.0.0 to 4.1.0

All of these attempted updates produce the error message above

Also, I can no longer find my Event Log folder, it was there prior to upgrading, no, gone.

Am I able to restore this?

Thanks

DNN EventLog is stored in database table with same name
