Hello,

I am wondering where the setting is for my site (dnn 6.1.5) to auto log off.

The site sits idle for some time - and then makes you log back in.

We are working on an intranet site - so not real important to log off people - and we don't have allot of users anyway.

I tried playing with some setting in web config and in admin settings but cant seem to pin that bad boy down.

Anyone please?

Not sure if that's an option in DNN but you may be able to increase the time out duration for the website. I think that's done in IIS. Just be aware that it keeps everything is in memory longer, not just cookies.

There is a Users Online Time (Minutes) setting in Host Settings.

I have tested the users online time in host setting setting to 1, and waiting 2 minutes.  Still has me logged in?

Usersonline is related to the refresh rate for user's online reporting/display on the site. Check out this article...it should help you adjust the web.config settings
