Have the notification of new releases of modules and other extensions ended?

Before in module definition page a notification in the column "Upgrade?" was showing when a new release was avialable, i can't see those anymore.

Is this feature removed from 5.2 release?

AFAIK it is controlled by host setting "Upgrade notification", did you ensure it is enabled for your installation?
