my problem is when i give reference of procedure in my sql data provider.cs file id does not take default dbo and qualifier

i want a module which should work on any instance means with and without object qualifier, i can do in sql but how can i do in code(sql data provider).

for ref : in sql data provider ,

i am doing like

private const string ProviderType = "data";
        private const string ModuleQualifier = "ABC_";

but here qualifier is getting hard code i want it should take the qualifier which we give while installing  the new instance .
