Do I have to, or should I Delete my database before doing the database restore using my web host panel?

I wouldn't think so as you've said it's from their hosting framework but you should check w/ your host - I know you don't need to w/ PowerDnn - they have a tool that'll do it all for you.

Thanks for the info, as it turns I ran it, it completed successfully, my changes where there, so I am going to assume not have to.
