is it possible to separate the questions according to groups? For example have all the questions from "A" group visually separate from "B" group?

<HEADING>"A" Group <HEADING>

I too was hoping that categories would automatically do this.  I think I am going to do the following layout using the text modules as headers for the sections.

Text module

FAQ module

Text Module

FAQ Module

etc

I have been considering the FAQ grouping problem myself, but would not suggest using a separate text module just for section headers.  You can simply use the header options in the FAQ module's own settings.  Put plain text, HTML, or DNN tokens in here to provide a description for each group.

Hello Samuel,

I tried doing the token method and it did not work. Is there any other way to get the information organized. My FAQs are grouped into several catagories and I don't want my customers don't need to get confused while trying to get help.

Nicole
