I have an error in FAQ module 4.5.0 on DNN 5.6.2, the cache setting indicates an error;

This module has indicated a recommendation to disable caching (select NONE from the Output Cache Provider list above). Enabling caching on this module is not recommended and may cause the module to display stale data.

When I select Output Cache Provider "None Provided" and update the module the selection does not stick and goes back to "Memory".

The problem is that when clicking the FAQ to reveal the answer, the answer will not load and shows an error "404 Control not found".

I wanted to download the beta version but it is not available on Codeplex. Any advice is welcome.
thank you.

I found and installed 4.5.1 and now find that in IE8 and Chrome, FAQ module is working nicely. Unfortunately the module still does not work in FF. Firebug shows an error "GetFaqAnswerSuccess is not defined".

Most likely, you'll have to clear your local browser cache.

I'm having this same problem. I have cleared my cache in FF and tried changing the Cache settings for FAQ module but it will not save the settings. it just keeps going back to "Memory" and "0".

The really strange part is that the page is set to None but the Module is set to Memory and will not change.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

some more info...

I can change the cache time setting and I can change from Memory to File but I can't change to None.
