Yes, Sanjay, thanks for that email. Will be replying to it later in the day when I've checked out your latest 4.4.3 version.

I had the "not saving" problem when upgrading an existing feedback from  4.4.1 to 4.4.3.

I found a way round it.

If you complete ALL values in the feedback settings.

 Send To:
 Send From:
 Width:
 Rows:
 Send Copy:
 Optout:
 Category:
 Category List Visible:
Use Category value as Send To:
 Subject:
 Subject List Visible:
 Can Edit Subject:
 Subject Field Hidden:
 Moderated:
 Moderation Category:
 Send Email Asynchronously:
 Use Captcha:
 Name Field Required:

Then update, the values should save, you can then go back and remove the items you do not want ONE AT A TIME.

If you try to remove a whole lot in one go it will probably fail.

This should help your de-bugging Sanjay.

I have a feeling the problem is related to the Category combo not allowing the saving of Null (the first option) when selecting "Category value as send to:"

If you select [None selected] the form will not save.

Surely the feedback module should allow send to default email address if a category has no valid email address for a value? This would allow the combo to have a Null value.

The form I have now shows ONLY the two "Categories" I have (both with email addresses) but not the [Please select] option.

Would it not be better to have validation on the combo to force a selection? Otherwise Users will tend to submit all forms to the top email address.
