Hi one and all,

I thought I ought to introduce myself, since you will probably be seeing more of me on this forum. For about three years now I have working on the core Events module in the initial stages just removing all bugs and then moving on to add enhancements requested by the community. I think that many would judge the Events project as a very succesful one.

I have recently offered to provide support for another project, and Feedback seemed to be one I could add some value to. It is a module that I personally use, and it is one that has some community interest around it, requesting new functionality and the like.

My first target is to remove all bugs from the module, not that there are many to be honest thanks to the work of William, but I want to focus on any Issues listed on our codeplex site - http://dnnfeedback.codeplex.com/ - so please raise any bugs you know of there. As such there is a version 5.1.0 release in the works, which also move the project up to Visual Studio 2010. I'd hope to get this release out reasonably soon, so please log any bugs as soon as possible.

After that, with a version 6 release I propose to look at the most popular new features as requested by the community, (so get voting on codeplex), as well as doing updates in line with the new DNN6 styling.

Any questions, feel free to ask.

Cheers
Roger

Roger,

Thanks for taking on the Feedback project. I know that it will be in good hands and look forward to seeing it's improvements. You did a great job with the Events module!

I'll continue to monitor this forum and offer support for the current version (5.00.02) but will be concentrating most of my free time on taking the DNN Gallery module to a new level.
