I added the Feedback Module that came with DNN to a page and under advanced settings had it applied to all pages in the site.  I also used the shadowbox feature for the input of feedback.  Now the shadow box wont appear on any pages when clicking the feedback button which is off to the side.  So happens all the widget controls for Feedback are on the shadow box that isnt appearing.  How do I get to controls for this module or just remove it?

how did you apply the shadow box? after you set "display modul on all pages", all appearance settings are applied per page reference.

First I added the Feedback module to a page.  Then I opened module settings and applied shadow box.  It worked fine.  Then I opened module settings again and applied module to all pages.  the feedback button appeared on all existing pages and was automatically added to all newly created pages in the stie.  the feedback comments appeared on the first page where they were placed.  It all worked fine for about two weeks.  I don't know what I changed.  Now what happens is the Feedback button appears on original pages where it was placed, but when clicked it does not bring up data entry box, which also means this portion of the module is not accessible through the control widget.  And, when adding new pages, the feedback button is appearing in its crippled state.
