I would of thought you could set the "Send To" field on the feedback module to an Outlook Distribution group?  But when I do, I get the following error in the Event Viewer:    Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: 5.1.1 User unknown

I guess I could setup a generic mailbox in Outlook and grant those users access to the mailbox but I was hoping not to do it that way.

Am I missing something?

Thanks,
Scott

you need to provide a publically available mailbox, it depends on the Mail Server product (not Outlook client), how to use a distribution list for it.
