I've set up SMTP settings, I've already tried it and receive a message stating success
But when testing the email for the registration of a new member I receive the message that the confirmation code was sent to the mentioned e-mail, but it is not be sent
I tried google e-mai and admin@mywebsite.com , both same 
pleaseany one help me

I think you want to ask this question in the Administration and Configuration forum. This forum relates to the Feedback module, which I don't think you have a problem with, is that right?

When posting, please describe exactly what you are doing, then people can accurately help you.

Hello,

Just to be clear, when you test the SMTP settings do you get an email or do you only see the message on the host page that the email was sent successfully?

If you don't get an email then there is a problem with how you have your SMTP server setting configured. Make sure that the email address entered in the "Host Details" is a working email address. Also some host require SMTP authentication in which case you will have to supply a user name and password
