Hi,

I installed Media 04.02.00 on a DNN 06.02.01 portal, and realized that I cannot put it on any page because it does not appear in the DropDownList. When inspecting the module, I found out that it was not assigned to any portal:

Any workaround?

Best wishes
Michael

Update: This seems to be a problem for all modules newly installed (not for upgrades). When I correct it in the database (by adding the corresponding record to {...}PortalDesktopModules) and clear the cache, it works.

Best wishes

Hi Michael, we are encountering the same problem (after upgrading from 5.6.8).
Did you find a resolution for this problem? Or have you reported it on Gemini?

Hi,

the only solution I found was the one described above.

No, I did not report it on Gemini yet, as I did not have time.

Best wishes
Michael

Is this still an issue?  Did anyone end up reporting it?
