To help me re-create this, can you go to SQL (Click on the HOST menu and select SQL)

Enter "select * from Surveys" and click execute and post the results?

also

Enter "select * from SurveyOptions" and click execute and post the results?

SurveyOptions table:

SurveyOptionID SurveyID ViewOrder OptionName Votes IsCorrect
6 1 0 Bad 1 False
7 1 1 Good 1 False
8 1 2 Not bad 1 False

Survey table:
SurveyID ModuleID Question ViewOrder OptionType CreatedDate CreatedByUser
1 419 What do You think about this website? 0 R 12.5.2007 13:24:05 1

But, today it works fine. Only difference is that, today I'm the only user on website. Also, for the record, sometimes  before, I tried to vote and it worked ok. But, in most of cases it throws that error. What could be a problem, what do You think? I am also a .NET developer, so we can speak that language too :)

I tried to install all available versions of Survey module, but, those have their own errors, so I returned to 04.00.70 version.

Thanks,
Aleksandar

I have one more thing to say. I've installed existing Survey module (from Home page) to an other page (Forums page). Survey on home page works fine, but on Forums page it throws this error. (... agrument was out of range...)

Survey options:

SurveyOptionID SurveyID ViewOrder OptionName Votes IsCorrect
6 1 0 Bad 2 False
7 1 1 Good 3 False
8 1 2 Not bad 1 False
9 1 3 sdfgdfgdfg 1 False

Surveys:

SurveyID ModuleID Question ViewOrder OptionType CreatedDate CreatedByUser
1 419 What do You think about this website? 0 R 12.5.2007 13:41:30 1

Thanks,
Aleksandar

Thank you for taking the time to help me track this down. These errors can be elusive. So far the data looks normal.

Right after the error is thrown, can you go to the "Event Viewer" (from the Admin menu)  and post any relevant entries (they will be in red)?

Thank You!

Also note, We have found a bug in 04.00.70 (sigh). See this thread for the temporary fix:
