I get this error when I try to enter a question, and unlike the previous thread I'm entering a single answer quesiton.  This error appears at the top of the page and all of the text in the other modules on the page disappears.

A critical error has occurred.
Input string was not in a correct format.

The question I'm using is;

Who is burried in Grant's tomb?

The answers are;

Grant
Kennedy
Smith
Jones

I didn't use the order property, I left it blank.

What version of DotNetNuke are you using? Can you upgrade to the latest version?

The subject line says they are using dNN 4.3.4.

I'm seeing a similar problem with Survey 3.3 in dNN 3.3.4, I'm going live tomorrow, so I'm hesitant to upgrade to 3.3.5...

Just confirming the problem I'm getting with Survey 3.3 with dNN 3.3.4.

I created a new page, added the Survey module and added a single question:

"test"

with a single selection, with the following options:

"a", "b", "c"

with no view order.

Once I click update, the following error occurs in the site log:
