Steve, first of all, thank you so much for giving a detailed troubleshooting information. I appreciate it a lot. However, unfortunately, I am unable to access that page now so I stuck at the first step i.e I cannot get the module id from "http://www.yourdomain.com/Downloads/tabid/100/ctl/Module/ModuleId/920/Default.aspx" the url. I would appreciate your help, if you can. Please. Thank you.

go to Host->SQL and enter

select * from modules

Hopefully you can find your ModuleID by finding the Module Title for the module you're trying to fix

Is there a sql command that will also include the module titles in the result? Thank you very much.
