I created an example page at (http://www.formandlist.com/Documentation/1000Records.aspx) to reproduce your issue.

Interesting.

The page responds quite fast if I am logged out, and it takes about  5 sec while logged in with edit permissions.

I added a demo user and gave him edit row permissions, and it took again 5 sec. Then I applied "Edit only own items", and it is fast again. This is really weired, because that indicates that the issue is within the core's NavigateURL() method.

That is weird, but your demo page loaded instantly. Mine didn't even matter if someone is logged in or not, its just the same lag. Does it matter if im using 'default grid table'? I dont think it does. I had 1176 records to be exact.

The demo page has 2 modules with 1000 records each, both are using Defaut Grid Table, the second one with paging enabled.

The site is running form and List 05.00.02 on DNN 05.00.01, though I don't believe that UDT should be that slower.
