On February 5th we experienced several intermittent site disruptions in the afternoon between about 4:00pm PST and 5:30pm PST.  These disruptions were the result of operator error which caused the site to restart repeatedly during this time.  Since restarts result in a great deal of cache re-population, the overall result was that the site seemed repeatedly in "warm up" mode... never reaching full performance (which usually takes about 3-5 minutes following restart for this particular site). There were several reports of forum errors resulting from this specifically.

Although we are still dogfooding 4.9.2, these errors were not related to poor performance of the release.
