The notification emails don't have the domain name in them. For example :

/dnn/Default.aspx?tabid=117&mid=441&forumid=7&threadid=3931&scope=posts

As you can see, the domain name is missing from the URL above, so if you click on them it goes nowhere. The email notifications I get from the DNN forum however, has the domain name in the URL.

The DNN web site uses friendly URL's, which I don't. Could that be it?

That is possible.  I do want to remind all of you that .04 you are using and this are the exact same version.  We will investigate this.
