Hi All,

I'm having an issue and I can't seem to find a solution to it. I'm running latest version of DNN and have installed blog and added many articles.

When I click on trackback I get the following:

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
      <response><error>0</error><rss version="0.91"><channel><title>Error: The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed...</title><link>http://www.passionateaboutit.net/KnowledgeBase/tabid/113/EntryId/22/Error-The-Windows-Installer-Service-could-not-be-accessed.aspx</link><description>When you try to add or remove a program in Windows you receive the following error: The <strong>Windows Installer Service</strong> could <strong>not be accessed</strong>. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
