Hi all

I am running the latest version of Help (03.00.02) under 4.9.0. All works fine except Export and Import. I get an eror when I export (very simple) categories. I can export tutorials. But I can't import the tutorials xml file - possibly because you should first import categories (which, remember, I couldn't export).

Am I doing something wrong? Is this a known bug? Should I report it? Is there a workaround?

Any ideas?

Thanks

Geoffrey

I'm also seeing and error.  When I try to export from either the Help Module or from Category, I get "An error occurred during the export" with nothing in the event log.

Is this a known issue?

I am trying to do the same exporting and importing from/to the Help modules. Any updates or responses on this issue?

Thanks!

Hi Phil

Thanks for that input. Could you please be a bit more specific. I think I have filled out all the settings and I am still having a problem.

Kind regards

Geoffrey
