I am going to use Smarter Track as a customer support portal and want to allow single sign on between it and a DNN site. Here is the info on their support portal. https://portal.smartertools.com/KB/a1615/configure-single-sign-on-between-smartertrack-another-site.aspx Here is the tool in general. http://www.smartertools.com/smartertrack/help-desk-software.aspx I am looking to see if anyone has already done this. If not I would like to hire someone to help me out. I know it is a pretty simple Web service but I don't have time to investigate.

Did you ever get this completed?  If so, would you be willing to share/sell?

Thanks

Unfortunately I haven't done this yet. But my community site launch is nearing and I need to review it. The SmarterTools people feel like it is pretty straightforward, but I am not sure exactly how to implement it. You can find my post on the ST forums and see if they have updated it yet. Let me know if you make any progress and I will do the same.
