Just saw your announcement and realized I match very well your requirements. I have a long time experience in image manipulation and would love to help you with the gallery project.
I would be very interested to contribute with a mobile version of gallery. I am already working on my own to a mobile addon for dotnetnuke.

I will be happy to join. I can spend 3 hours per week.

I can handle tasks related to : VB.NET, SQL, AJAX.NET and I will be glad to experience SilverLight on this project as well.
I have 3 years of DNN module developement experience.
