Hi,

the gallery module (4.4) on my site www.roma100.it, especially the first time I open it in a browser, is really very slow.

Why?

Thanks

Gianluca

Apparently it has to do with your hosting and your DNN setup.

The website is generally slow, it took 20 seconds for the home page to appear.

Hosting = aruba

What should I change my configuration of DNN?

As for Hosting, the idle of the pool could be disabled but i think your provider doesn't do that.

As for DNN settings, you could test things changing the caching from DISK to MEMORY or vise-versa and with the caching ammount (low/medium etc etc).
