Using 4.3.4 and logged in as host I'm having trouble creating child lists (like the parent Country, child Country.Canada:Region).  When I add a list the parent list and parent entry dropdown's are locked (grayed out).  I'm new to DNN, so I may be missing something obvious.  Any ideas?
