Q: I purchased the DotNetNuke Professional or Enterprise Edition. How do I access support for my products?
A: You should have received an email following your purchase which includes your credentials for the DotNetNuke Support Network (DSN). Use those credentials to login here. If you did NOT receive that email, click here to email our Customer Care team who will assist you further.
Q. I purchased the DotNetNuke Professional or Enterprise Edition. Where do I download the Professional or Enterprise Editions?
A: Once logged into the DotNetNuke Support Network you can access the Professional and Enterprise Edition downloads by navigating to the Software page.
Q: How do I license my Professional or Enterprise Edition instance on our production server?
A: Referencing the Invoice received from the DotNetNuke Sales Department, log into your site with the Host account and navigate to the Host > Professional Features > Activate Your License screen. Click <Add License>. Supply the Account Email and Invoice Number associated with your Professional or Enterprise Edition purchase as well as the host server name. Click Automatic Activation to validate your details and install the license.
Q: I have purchased a single license for the Professional or Enterprise Edition. How do I go about ordering a development license for a non-production server?
A: You can license your Development / Staging or Test Servers using the same Invoice# by selecting the optional check box "Request Development License”.
