Moving from Active Social to DotNetNuke 6.2

In February 2011, DotNetNuke Corporation acquired the Active Social suite of modules for the sole purpose of including many of the same features within the core framework. Now that DotNetNuke 6.2 has been released, many people are wondering what they need to do migrate from Active Social to the new modules that have been introduced. In this instructional webinar, Will Morgenweck, Director of Product Management and creator of Active Social, will walk you through everything you need to know in order to take advantage of the latest version of DotNetNuke. You will learn about new features, how to prepare your site for upgrade and how to migrate your existing data. We will also cover advantages and disadvantages of continuing to use Active Social with DotNetNuke 6.2. By the end of this webinar you will have a much better understanding of how you can best take advantage of the new features in DotNetNuke 6.2.
